Here are some answers to some frequently asked questions:

What video tape formats can you convert to DVD? We can currently dub BetaSP, DVCPro, DVCAM, VHS, SVHS, VHS-C, 8mm Video and MiniDV (with more formats coming) to DVD.

What if I only want certain parts of a tape or multiple tapes put onto a single DVD? No. We simply take what you have on the tape and record it onto a DVD.

How fast is turnaround? While it is usually within a few days, the turn around is no more than 1 week.

Do you accept credit cards? Yes. We will accept payment from Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

Will my bad tape footage look better once it is on a DVD? Unfortunately, the process only puts what you have on the tape directly onto the DVD. So, if you have poor quality image on the tape, you will have the same on the DVD. However, DVDs are much easier to view and will last much longer than tapes. And the image might improve once you watch it from your DVD player rather than your old, worn out VCR!

Will you make copies of DVDs that are copyrighted? If you own the copyright and we have your permission, certainly. If not, absolutely not!
