To Get Started:
If you're interested in having a weekly Real Estate TV Show produced for your agency, here's what you do:

1. Contact RMG at 814-443-0703 or email us at sales@romesburgmedia.com and tell us a little about your agency and the market(s) you service.

2. We will research your market to determine the availability and cost of TV airtime.

3. We will then give you a proposal outlining the weekly costs of your program that will include the production and air-time costs all in one convenient price.

Once everything is approved, we begin to produce a program that is unique to your agency. We use your agents' pictures, your company's logo, colors, fonts, slogans - everything to make the program uniquely yours and to continue to promote your company's brand and image.

We produce the graphics, select the music and choose the professional narrators for your program.

How It Works on a Weekly Basis (It's EASY!)

1. Agents take (6) photos of the listings with their digital cameras. (1) photo is of the front of the house and (5) photos are of the interior/exterior features. (Most agents are already doing this for their web sites.)

2. The Agents forward the photos and the property's ML Sheet as an Adobe Acrobat file (.pdf), and any other important information they would like included in the script to RMG.

3. We take it from there! We'll write the script, add the text to the photos and combine everything into a thirty minute show!

PLUS - In addition to sending the show to the TV Station, we will also produce and post a WEB VERSION of your program that you can link to from your site. This means buyers and sellers in your area can watch your show on line 24/7!
